Is one of the vegetables that we consume almost every day in our meals as a refreshing topping for a salad. But cucumbers can be made also into a healthy juice. Drinking cucumber juice can provide you with several health benefits.

Two recipes for delicious Cucumber Juice

Cumcumber & Honey


4 chilled cucumber (big)


Wash and slice cucumber and put in a blender
Add 1/4 cup of water and blend
Filter into a glass cup
Add one spoon with honey

Cucumber Basil Lime Juice


• 1 handful of fresh basil leaves
• 1 cucumber (medium sized)
• ½ Lemon
•1 Apple


Juice basil into a glass.
Cut cucumber lengthwise into halves.
Cut apple into wedges and remove the seeds.
Remove zest and pith of lemon.
Chop all ingredients and blend them with 120ml (1 cup) of water in the blender.
Strain the content through fine mesh strainer.
Stir and serve./
